    • Great value, self contained, clean, warm with washing machine!

Close to Port Arthur, and walked to dinner over the road which was handy. Great to have use of Maytag washing machine & drier @ $4 per load each with washing powder supplied. Good TV and pretty good WiFi too. Self contained with little kitchen, fridge and many if the bits and pieces needed in the kitchen supplied. Love the fact they use re-usable soap, shampoo & conditioner rather than little bottles. Rabbits in the backyard… very sweet.

    • We wished we could have stayed longer, so we will have to return soon. Thank you for your hospitality!

This property was well suited to my needs and more than met my expectations. Comfortable, clean and easy access to all Tasman Peninsula’s amazing sites. There were also several cute rabbits in the gardens outside our room.

    • They made an effort

Tucked alongside Port Arthur Historic Site and reachable with a in 3 minute walk, the Port Arthur Villas are a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. They are easily located and the staff in Reception are friendly and very welcoming. We had Villa #3. It was spotless and came with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, wardrobes, electric blankets and a reverse cycle A/C. A warm and friendly winter's break.

    • Perfect location from which to explore Port Arthur

Fabulous location close to the Historic Site even a sneaky back entry gate. Spotlessly clean and kitchen very thoughtfully appointed. Clearly a lot of thought has gone into what guests might want/need and they were spot on. Grateful for laundry facilities and friendly reception service.

    • Fantastic Accommodation

Deb provides everything you could possibly need, the biggest bar fridge selection I’ve ever seen. The units are very well equipped, honestly everything you need is in the units. Beds are very comfortable, Deb goes above and beyond to help, reserved me 2 dozen oysters at the local IGA and texted me to say she had done so. You also get a key to the back gate into Port Arthur historical grounds very special treat. You won’t go wrong staying here.

From meeting the owner to leaving the motel everything was great. Lovely BBQ area and gardens with weeping willows and a little creek with beautiful roses which were great as it was Valentine’s Day. Can't go wrong if you stay here.

    • Perfect location at a great price

Amazing! Highly recommended. The 2 bedroom unit was great. Having a kitchen with a stove and oven made it great to cook your own meals if you wanted to. Get location for the Port Arthur historic site just a short walk and you get a key to get in the back entrance.

Very comfortable for our family of five. Kids enjoyed playing outside after a long day of driving. Perfect location for visit to Historic site and ghost tour. Deb was an exceptional host, going above and beyond in every way. Great recommendation to visit Remarkable Cave, a must do and we loved it.

    • Personalised caring service

The personalised, caring service by Deb makes this a 5 star review rather than a 4 star like some picky others. I’d have no hesitation recommending this motel to my friends and family and will definitely stay there again next time I’m that way.

Our villa was perfect. It was clean and modern. It had everything you needed in the kitchen and with a lounge area separate to the bedroom was very roomy. It was everything we needed plus more. It had a great range of coffees and teas. You can easily walk to the Port Arthur site. [Please note that Covid restrictions currently prevent the private gate from being used]. Deb was amazing and couldn't have been more accommodating. 'We would definitely stay again if ever in that area.

    • Super value for money, spacious, clean and 5 mins from the Port Arthur historic site

Check in was seamless and the receptionist booked us a table for dinner at the local restaurant. The property was spotless and had a fully equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable, the rooms were warm and the addition of a sofa to watch TV was great. The location is a five mins drive from the Port Arthur historical site.

Great location, right by the Port Arthur site. Excellent grounds/gardens with many beautiful birds and a common gazebo area where we enjoyed local wine, bread, oysters, olives and cheeses all bought along the way!
